ADHD-friendly daily planning

A calmer way to get today moving.

Catch loose thoughts, choose one useful move, and keep the rest of the day close without letting it all shout at once.

MossyMind Today view showing real category groups, a compact goal and habit strip, priority controls, and one shared capture dock.
Real product view: tasks lead the daily surface while habits, goals, focus, and capture remain close. The example content is fictional.

Some days begin with a clear plan. Others begin with six loose thoughts and no obvious first move. MossyMind lets you enter wherever you are: capture a task, choose what matters, start a focus session, check a habit, take one goal step, or write down what happened. There is no perfect sequence to maintain.

Start at the point of friction

Quick capture gives every task, habit, goal step, journal entry, or quote one familiar doorway. Once a thought is outside your head, you can decide whether it belongs today, later, in a category, or nowhere at all.

Unfinished tasks return to Today instead of disappearing into an overdue archive. Optional importance and urgency controls help when a list needs a decision, but they stay quiet when simple categories are enough.

Keep the next move visible

A focus timer can attach to the task in front of you. Goals break into concrete steps. Habits take one tap. Journal entries and saved quotes give reflection a place without turning the desk into a dashboard.

The result is not an automatic cure for distraction or overwhelm. It is a calmer environment for seeing the day, choosing a move, and returning after an interruption.

What is encrypted before sync

MossyMind works offline and stores an encrypted local copy on your device. Readable task, goal, habit, journal, and quote content is encrypted before synchronization. A restricted account-key escrow supports seamless access on another authenticated device; the privacy page explains that boundary plainly.

One next move is enough.
